Valuer

To facilitate the business growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Valuer to join a vibrant team. Working closely with the Country Manager, your key responsibilities will be refining our automated valuation system. 

Job Description  

• Plan, coordinate and implement the related valuation work 
• Perform investment comparison analysis of properties
• Participate in consultancy and property valuations 
• Identify business opportunities 
• Ensure bank and clients’ requirements are met 
• Manage mortgage & valuation assignment 

Skills & Requirements  

• Asso. Degree / Degree in Surveying or related discipline 
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Knowledge of English, Chinese computer software and typing 
• Outdoor valuation job is required 
• At least 5 years working experience in related field
