WanchaiTo facilitate the business growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Valuer to join a vibrant team. Working closely with the Country Manager, your key responsibilities will be refining our automated valuation system.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and implement the related valuation work
- Perform investment comparison analysis of properties
- Participate in consultancy and property valuations
- Identify business opportunities
- Ensure bank and clients’ requirements are met
- Manage mortgage & valuation assignment
Skills & Requirements
- Asso. Degree / Degree in Surveying or related discipline
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of English, Chinese computer software and typing
- Outdoor valuation job is required
- At least 5 years working experience in related field
