Regional Supply Chain Specialist

1) Responsibilities

• Manage regional order fulfilment, monitoring of delivery schedules, prepare export documentation, handling order enquiries and address complaints and related issues of external customers/shops

• Ensure Asia business units enters sales agreements in DAX in a timely fashion for special deals and promotions

• Communicate with Commercial teams for order fulfilment and guarantee timely service for the customers 

• Handle the sales orders including but not limited to the system entry of the sales orders, follow up with the warehouse for the order status, shipping documents, permit application, customs declaration and other ad-hoc activities 

• Pay special attention to new store openings, new customers, introductions, promotions and peak events

• Troubleshoot order issues to ensure the orders being processed and shipped correctly and quickly

• Work closely with the planners for the order fulfilment and demand according to the business needs in a most optimal way

• Coordinate with third party logistics providers on related issues

• (Instore) logistics : timely and accurate good receipt, stock count, write off, returns, inter-stores

• Set up regular operations reviews and prepare, share and analyse monthly KPI’s 

2) Requirements 

• Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline

• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG environment

• Proactive, solution driven and self-motivated. Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions.

• Experience in logistics, international freight, payment or invoice processing, customs clearance, shipping documentation is an advantage

• Knowledge of ERP (SAP, MS DAX), advanced in MS office 

• High adaptability and ability to work in cross functional capacity

• Excellent command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
