Responsibilities:

  • Handle centers’ operations and customers’ enquiries & complaints. 
  • Arrange the product maintenance and replacement. 
  • Provide assistance to teachers when needed 
  • Assist the course details, administrative procedures, etc. 
  • Assist to maintain a clean, tidy environment for the centre 
  • Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups 

  

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder and/or relevant qualification is preferred 
  • Must have passion towards young children, well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • 2-3 years working experience in customer service 
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure 
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) 
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage 

  

Working Hours: 10:00-19:00; 5-day work per week (may including Saturday or Sunday)
