- Handle centers’ operations and customers’ enquiries & complaints.
- Arrange the product maintenance and replacement.
- Provide assistance to teachers when needed
- Assist the course details, administrative procedures, etc.
- Assist to maintain a clean, tidy environment for the centre
- Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups
Requirements:
- Degree holder and/or relevant qualification is preferred
- Must have passion towards young children, well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years working experience in customer service
- Able to multi-task & work under pressure
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
Working Hours: 10:00-19:00; 5-day work per week (may including Saturday or Sunday)
