Event Bartender (1-Months Contract)

We are hiring a Bartender on a 1-month contract basis to assist private events in the Gallery with job duties as follow:

JOB DESCRIPTION

BARTENDER

• Responsible for providing exceptional service to all members and guests (greets member, take orders, mixes/ prepares all drinks)
• Follow all safety, hygiene, sanitation, breakage control, preventive maintenance, grooming, service and other standards
• Responsible for bartending with introduction of the cocktails
• Maintain daily operation and maintaining cleanliness of the bar serving area
• Perform any ad hoc duties when required
• Onsite training is provided
• 5 days of work, Tuesday to Saturday
• Location: Central

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
• Awareness of all food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent customer service and engagement skills
• Professional bartending training experience would be an advantage
• Applicants with less than a year of experience will also be considered
• Experience of working with the public in a visitor-facing role
• Good organizational & problem-solving skills
• Decent, adaptable, self-motivated, good communication skills and independent with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach, willing to take on a variety of tasks
