Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (5-day week)
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage key accounts to maintain and build good relationship;
• Explore and increase key accounts business potential;
• Deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to both existing and new clients;
• Gain in-depth understanding of clients’ business need and provide insightful analysis
• Plan, monitor and execute the client’s projects (e.g digital media placement, social media marketing, marketing research, videos production, IT projects etc.)
• Coordinate with different parties to ensure timely delivery of outstanding campaign results
• Supervise and manage a small team of junior colleagues and provide sufficient guidance
• Produce written proposals & quotations
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines is ideal but not mandatory
• 4+ years working experience
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve target
• Self-motivated, creative and willing to learner;
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving mindset and technique;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• An energetic, responsive, organized, passionate team leader
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often within tight schedules
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese)
Working Location : Lai Chi Kok
5 days work, 9.30am-6.30pm
