 Duties: 

l Provide regular training to the consultant
team and business partners regarding immigration plans across different
countries 

l Formulate and execute training
strategies that are aligned with business strategies. 

l Follow up regularly with consultant
team to review the effectiveness of the training programs 

l Monitor and keep up to date of
immigration policies of multiple countries.  

l Create and conduct focused training
sessions to internal department members such as consultant, marketing and case
management 

l Identify and develop training plans to
enhance technical competences, immigration knowledge and soft skills
development 

l Review, prepare, and control the
related training budgets and expenses 

l Provide information and input on
marketing and advertising materials 

l Develop and organize staff relations
and team building activities 

  

  

  

Requirements: 

l Associate Degree holder or above 

l At least 5 years of work experience
in training gain in Immigration industry 

l Solid knowledge of immigration
policies and excellent research skills  

l Strong presentation, communication
and interpersonal skills 

l Proficient in English & Chinese,
able to deliver trainings in both Cantonese and Putonghua
