Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business development to attract new clients within Greater China region and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
2. Communicate with management team of client company, liaise with professionals and provide assistance on company-wide development.
3. Proceed with all kinds of necessary communication with candidates, including interviews, and offer negotiations.
4. Researching on your specialized industry and provide updated information to the company and to the client and candidates.
5.Manage end to end recruitment cycle and maintain good relationship with candidates.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree is a must.
2. Experienced in sales/recruitment role is preferred.(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant.) Fresh Grad with great potentials will also be considered
3. Fluent in English & Mandarin. Native Mandarin speakers are highly preferred.
4. Excellence communication skills.
