Responsibilities:
- Responsible for property selling, sales launch, customer services and related documentation works (including explain PASP and submit ROI)
- Assist in sales activities and operations (including presentation and briefing of models)
- Accompany clients during visit, advise on the suitability and value of the flat
- Attend and monitor daily operation of the sales office and show flats
- Conduct inspections to ensure the flats are up to standards
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- University students
- 1 year’s work experience in property developers is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
- Hands-on PC knowledge including Chinese word-processing is a must and MS Word & Excel preferred
- Mature, independent, patient and self-motivated with good communication skill in collaboration with different people
- Willing to work overtime and attend on-site coordination works when required
- Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
