Logistics Specialist

Ecolab (ECL) is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. We are looking for a high caliber to join our Planning & Inventory Management Team.

What You Will Do

• Working with vendors to follow up all open PO status and inbound shipment (include placing PO, monitoring shipping schedule, consolidating documents, updating schedule in ERP system and customs clearance, etc.)
• Work closely with 3PL to monitor inventory and deliveries arrangement
• Prepare demand and forecast report, inventory report, shipment report to review performance and identify improvements
• Support supply planning in forecast and inventory control for process improvements
• Maintain data accuracy, data validation and product master maintenance
• Inventory management, including expiry products handling, periodical stock counts
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team for new product launch

Key Requirements

• 4-5 years hands on experience in inbound logistics/shipping/inventory management to ensure stock optimization
• Experience in serving local Hong Kong and Macau market customers is highly preferred.
• Solid experience in planning / order and shipment tracking will be a must.
• Experience in handling US and China order/shipment & Dangerous Goods (DG) product is a plus.
• Good team player, detail-minded, can-do mindset, strong numeric sense, willing to gain deeper understanding business/products.
• Strong ERP / SAP system knowledge and proficient in excel
• Proficient in power BI / power automate is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferable
