Job Description

• To coordinate and manage of daily CPE order and fault tickets, support field engineers and internal parties with effective order/Ticket management and service coordination. 

• To close monitor on CPE order and fault ticket progress, provide status update report to team leader or Unit Manger.  

• To dealing with internal parties, external parties / end-users for schedule appointment.  

• To provide good customer service on handling services repair enquiries; cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently. 

• To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need. 

  

Job Requirement

• Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 3 years working experience. 

• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.  

• Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude. 

• Good in both written and oral communication skills in both Cantonese and English Experience in worked on telecommunications arrangement is an advantage.
