Duties:
• Install and configure computer H/W and S/W
• Provide helpdesk Services and troubleshoot computer problems such as computer operations duties and end user queries
• Assist for IT system's daily operation, implementation and projects
• Assist with the system administration, configuration and upgrade
• Support and monitor servers
• Perform other duties assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• 2-3 year’s of related experience
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams
• Experience in helpdesk support and troubleshooting. Any Desktop support will be beneficial. Training will be provided
• Good command of both written and spoken English. Chinese is beneficial but not essential
