Job Responsibilities:
- Engaged in site preparation, equipment commissioning, installation and network acceptance testing
- Provide support to end-user of network, desktop hardware and software problem and answer inquiries on IT service
- Provide first level of troubleshooting,installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software problem
- Responsible for other ad hoc/special assignments or project
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Basic knowledge and experience in switches/routers/network are preferable
- Pro-active, efficient, well-organized, team-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
