What You Will Do:
- Report to Sr HR Manager HK and Macau.
- Local generalist role with focus on recruitment for frontline employees in sales and service.
- Follow up employment contract, p-file and system maintenance, orientation, exit process and HR reports.
- Work closely with local C&B and regional HRBP (based in Shanghai) for HR day to day operations.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives
Key Requirements:
- University graduate in business/HR field
- At least 5 years HR generalist experience with focus on recruitment
- Immediate available is preferred
- Cheerful, good team player and communication skills
- Workday experience preferred
