Engineering Assistant 工程助理

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties and contractors
• Monitor daily repair and maintenance works for shop and office and job allocation for our contractors
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the engineering team including prepare regular reports, purchase orders, invoice and quotations
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 職責：

• 與內部和承包商聯絡和協調
• 監督店鋪和辦公室的日常維修和保養工作以及承包商的工作分配
• 提供文書和行政工作，包括準備定期報告、採購訂單、發票和報價單等
• 協助跟進日常工作

 Requirements:

• Form 5/ HKDSE or above with one year of relevant work experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduates are also welcome

• 熟悉MS Office(包括 Excel 及 Word ,中文打字)
• 持有註冊電業工程人員甲級或以上者優先
• 有上進心，能在壓力下獨立工作
• 歡迎應屆畢業生
