Retail Sales Associate

The Role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store daily operation, sales activities;
• Provide professional customer services to customers;
• Handle customer enquiries and product display;
• Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines;
• Assist in in-store events;
• Conduct regular stock take;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
• Work in team environment.

 

Requirements

• DSE graduate or above
• 2 year relevant working experience in retail shop;
• Passionate with people and customer service, friendly & outgoing;
• Excellent in interpersonal and customer service skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good team player.
