We are looking for an inspirational, energetic, and self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-growing company with a people-oriented and team-oriented culture. You are welcome to be a part of our team and let’s work and grow together!

Job Description:
  • Provide admin support including data entry, email reply, scanning, filing, etc
  • Coordinate and liaise with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain good inventory control for the Facilities Management Team
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in any related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
  • Good team player, detailed minded, able to work independently and proactively
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Mei Fo

Working Day and Time:

Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
