Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced senior Retail interior designer to join our new creative team in HongKong. You will be in charge of retail space design like store & counter, POSM & fixture, road show and event.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for some very well-known international brands as well as Chinese brands that willing to be better.
As Senior Designer you will strengthen the current creative offering. Taking creative lead on projects being heavily involved at pitch stage and provide original, striking and effective design solutions. Working on projects from concept right the way through to finished product. You will be comfortable driving creative pitch work, individually or by working with, mentoring and reviewing other team members’ work.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail store and interior design projects.
- 2-3 years retail store and fixture design experience in Cosmetics industry is more appreciated.
- Have a strong creative background and a good eye for detail.
- Able to develop strategic and conceptual ideas for innovative retail interior solutions.
- Deep Shopper Understanding, Understands Brand Architecture choices and category/department strategies, shopper psychology, and Shopper Based Design principles.
- Very good project management experience with design team including junior designers, 3d visualizers and control project timing.
- Good overall production experience with material and technical knowledge, as factory supervision is required.
- Software knowledge: 3Dmax, Auto-cad, Photoshop, PowerPoint and MS Office handling is a must.
- Good sketch ability appreciated.
You must be:
- Willing to work overtime and responsible.
- Good English & Chinese mandarin, optional French.
