Roles and responsibilities
- Conducting different English Courses at primary/secondary schools in Hong Kong.
- Examples of courses: English Enrichment/ DSE/ IELTS Preparation/ Creative Writing/ Speaking/ Interview/ Bridging/ Phonics etc.
- Working Location: Various schools in HK
Requirements
- Bilingual local teacher with primary/ secondary school teaching experience
- Retired/ Previous school teachers would be an advantage
- Holder of PGDE/ PGCE or any relevant teaching qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in English/ English Education/ Education/ Linguistics/ Translation/ Literature/ Arts
- 2 years or above school teaching experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS office applications and using online teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom/ Google meet) would be an advantage
- Holder of an HKID card or valid working visa.
Remarks:
- According to EDB's latest guideline, tutors must be vaccinated with 3 doses before entering the school premises.
- Successful applicant needs to undergo SCRC application for undertaking child-related work.
