Job Highlights

Qualifications :
- Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, etc. from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college
- Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council will be an advantage
- Basic Accident Prevention or
- Basic Occupational Health or
- Basic Safety Management or
- Construction Safety
- Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD
- With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Fresh graduates and no relevant experience are welcomed too.
Job Duties:
- to supervise the routine maintenance & special works for public housing
- Prepare Works orders by using HKHA system
- to supervise contractors to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.Work Location : Kowloon East, Shatin and Tin Shui Wai District
**Candidate with more than three years of relevant working experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer.
