Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- To demonstrate system operational procedures
- To provide technical advice to customers for any system upgrade, alternation, additional and improvement works
- To be responsible for the maintenance services of electronic security systems (such as Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Closed Circuit Television, Door phone, Intercom, Videophone system etc.)
- To handle technical support for handover projects & testing commissioning
- To attend emergency call out service as requested by customer
- To report outstanding tasks, follow up customer issues and problems solving
- To attend site meeting and provide service support
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
- At least 1 year’s relevant working experience preferred
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Holder with valid Electronic Worker License A & Security Personnel Permit Category D is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer /Technician
- Fresh graduated in related engineering disciplines is also welcome
