Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist in daily operations of managing a public housing estate
- Provide customer services to tenant such as answering inquiries; handle complaint cases and investigation; monitor maintenance work schedules, etc.
- Perform routine property management duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
- Handle all tenancy issues for Public Housing estate which required by Housing Department
Requirements
- Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Property Management or related disciplines; OR
- Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which should include Chinese and English Language, or equivalent; OR
- Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which should include Chinese and English Language or equivalent
- Holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management an added advantage
- Relevant working experience in public housing management in Hong Kong preferable
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Service-oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits & Others
