Chief operational officer

Work Description:

1. Use the network platform and exhibition to explore overseas markets, seek to track overseas customers, organize and respond to enquiries and do a good job in follow-up work, and collaborate with overseas companies to develop business. 

2. Keep a breast of market information, maintain company website, network platform background data and release new products

3. Maintain good communication with customers, maintain good customer relationships, and be responsible for the promotion and sales of products in foreign markets.

4. Master customer needs, take the initiative to develop, complete the task instructions issued by the superior

5. Collect business information and master market dynamics

6. Actively communicate and coordinate with the production department and the outsourcing factory to ensure that the goods are exported on time.

1. Basic requirements: love work, dare to challenge yourself, challenge high salary, be hardworking, hardworking, pragmatic, proactive, have a good team spirit, have a high degree of execution, and can withstand strong work pressure.

2. Professional qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, international trade, marketing and related majors. 

Professional quality requirements:

1. Understand the foreign trade process, be able to master the overall process from the search for customers to the final delivery of tax rebates, and strong learning ability.

2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to quickly and professionally write business English letters, good spoken; and European language such as French ability are preferred. 

3. Proficient in the foreign trade process, able to master the overall process from the search for customers to the final delivery of tax rebates.

4. Familiar with foreign trade regulations and policies ; procedures for customs declaration, freight transportation, insurance, inspection etc.; knowledge of international exchange and payment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years' of sales experience
