Customer Officer, Premium Servicing <<全職新人獎金$6000>>

Your role

- Provide an professional customer service to our premium customer;
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases
- Summarize, analyze and identify issues from customer cases
- Provide recommendation from customer perspectives for Team Manager/Sales Manager in order to enhance the team work quality and efficiency
- Implement on-going service improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role

- Certificate holder or above
- Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills would be essential
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Required shift and holiday work
