Responsibilities
- To handle enquiries from shoppers / tourists / tenants
- To offer assistance / services to shoppers as needed in a helpful manner
- Shift duties will be required (at least 4 hours a day between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and at least 3 days a week)
Requirements
- Passionate in retail and hospitality work
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 1 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry
- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
