Follow-up customers’ orders, quotations, PO, payment, shipment & aftersales
Follow up customer orders on both B2B & B2C side, Work close with client and follow up order status
Liaise and assist events and trade shows
Assist on Ecommerce platforms' Administration support including new channels application, platforms account management, database management, content input and support
Maintain good communication with sales admin team, logistics team and warehouse team
Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor
Requirements:
Completion of DSE or above
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good knowledge in MS World, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good Command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Sales oriented and willing to work under pressure
