Human Resources Officer (5-day Work, 10am-6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll administration, compensation and benefits, MPF, taxation, work injury case, recruitment, & etc;
- Maintain & update employee data, including personal data, leave records & attendance records;
- Handle C&B projects like salary and bonus research, salary structure review;
- Formulate and implement HR related policies and procedures;
- Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years or above solid experience especially in F&B field;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and employment legal issues;
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Independent, flexible, positive, with a strong sense of accountability;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer;
- Immediate available is preferred.
