 Human Resources Officer (5-day Work, 10am-6pm) 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll administration, compensation and benefits, MPF, taxation, work injury case, recruitment, & etc;
  • Maintain & update employee data, including personal data, leave records & attendance records; 
  • Handle C&B projects like salary and bonus research, salary structure review; 
  • Formulate and implement HR related policies and procedures; 
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review; 
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

 Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline; 
  • Minimum 3 years or above solid experience especially in F&B field; 
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and employment legal issues; 
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing; 
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese; 
  • Independent, flexible, positive, with a strong sense of accountability; 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
