Job Highlights
- 2-3 yrs working exp in merchandising
- 2-3 yrs working exp in handling gov funding scheme (BUD/ESS/RTH/TVP)
- With experience on dealing with e-commerce is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Assists in the whole process of the funding schemes, including background assessment, budgeting, application, documentations, coordination, and communication with stakeholders
- Assess the progress and final reports from the grantees, provide consultations and prepare relevant documents required for funding disbursement
- Assist in enhancing and maintaining the database established for the funding program and provide analysis on program progress and achievements regularly
- Participate in assigned consulting or training tasks to support the development of local industries
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- With experience working or dealing with Government Funding Programs is preferred
- With experience in merchandising (either in sourcing offices or manufacturing companies) is an advantage
- With experience on dealing with online sales platforms or advertising agencies (e.g., TMall, Taobao, WeChat, Tiktok, etc.) is an advantage
- Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Attention to details, with good organization skills
- Possess a positive “Can Do” attitude
- Good team player and willing to learn
- Good command of written Chinese and English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
- Short Noticed or immediate available is preferable
