We are Hong Kong based coffee roasters and passionate in providing specialty coffee in our region. Our philosophy is simple - strive to achieve more in coffee world. We source the best green beans in the world and freshly roasted in small batch practice as to provide most distinctive, aromatic and beautiful coffee to all people.
工作地點：尖沙咀 / 大埔
職責：
- 負責管理餐廳日常運作，工作人員培訓，安排樓面日常工作
- 為客人點餐，服務顧客，擺設及收拾餐桌，樓面清潔。
- 與總廚保持緊密交流，管理用具庫存、調整需求
- 管理倉存和訂貨
- 報告店舖情況
入職要求 ：
- 二年或以上餐廳相關及管理經驗
- 有培訓下屬和建立團隊經驗
- 熟識電腦運作
- 積極主動、自律及細心有禮
- 有責任感，有禮貌，誠懇有禮，守時
- 可即時上班者優先
- 須合資格在香港工作
- 每天工時10小時
