We source the best green beans in the world and freshly roasted in small batch practice as to provide most distinctive, aromatic and beautiful coffee to all people.

工作地點：尖沙咀 / 大埔

職責：

• 負責管理餐廳日常運作，工作人員培訓，安排樓面日常工作
• 為客人點餐，服務顧客，擺設及收拾餐桌，樓面清潔。
• 與總廚保持緊密交流，管理用具庫存、調整需求
• 管理倉存和訂貨
• 報告店舖情況

入職要求 ：

• 二年或以上餐廳相關及管理經驗
• 有培訓下屬和建立團隊經驗
• 熟識電腦運作
• 積極主動、自律及細心有禮
• 有責任感，有禮貌，誠懇有禮，守時
• 可即時上班者優先
• 須合資格在香港工作
• 每天工時10小時
