Job Accountabilities

  • Handle daily operation of reception in a professional manner 
  • Greet and direct visitors appropriately 
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as assigned 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of customer-facing experience  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Words, Outlook, Teams, etc.
