Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming call / email / fax for the assigned accounts
- Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry with different parties
- Act as a contact point of Sales Team and Customers for ordering arrangement and account maintenance
- Resolve the enquiries of Customers such as dispensary, doctor, government and supplier in a courteous and efficient manner
- Any other operational duties or ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 graduate or above with 1-2 year working experience
- Experience in customer services or operations areas or logistics operations or sales is a plus Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel Knowledge in
- SAP would be an advantage
