Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming call / email / fax for the assigned accounts
  • Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry with different parties
  • Act as a contact point of Sales Team and Customers for ordering arrangement and account maintenance
  • Resolve the enquiries of Customers such as dispensary, doctor, government and supplier in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Any other operational duties or ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 graduate or above with 1-2 year working experience
  • Experience in customer services or operations areas or logistics operations or sales is a plus Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel Knowledge in
  • SAP would be an advantage
