  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Take care of customer service counter 
    • Handle daily enquiries from customers and forward calls to relevant teams 
    • Assist supervisor to handle daily paperwork and sales related data such as invoicing, purchasing order and filing documents
    • Assist in ordering of parts and supplies for consumption at workshop
    • Support internal department and ad-hoc work to ensure smooth daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in service industry
  • Able to work on rotating shifts (i.e. 6 days in the first week and 5 days in the second week and so on)
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Cheerful, responsible, proactive and attention to details
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
