- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take care of customer service counter
- Handle daily enquiries from customers and forward calls to relevant teams
- Assist supervisor to handle daily paperwork and sales related data such as invoicing, purchasing order and filing documents
- Assist in ordering of parts and supplies for consumption at workshop
- Support internal department and ad-hoc work to ensure smooth daily operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in service industry
- Able to work on rotating shifts (i.e. 6 days in the first week and 5 days in the second week and so on)
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Cheerful, responsible, proactive and attention to details
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
