Job Description

• Handle full set of air/sea import and export documentation 
• Monitoring to the cargo and shipment status and update to the customers 
• Communicate and keep good relationship with co-loader 
• Answer customer’s queries 
• To assist sales team on sourcing of vendors and rates 
• Internal ERP and vendor system handling 
• Assist on preparing monthly shipment report 
• Issue job invoice and maintain to meet KPI and customers’ expectation 
• Job cost update and verification 
• Import and export declaration 
• Report to Operations Manager 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements (Job Specification)

• Form 5/HKDSE Graduated or above 
• Experience in air/sea freight forwarder knowledge with 3 years related working experience (*Experienced on air export shipment or consol shipment is an advantage) 
• Experience with negotiating with co-loader is a must 
• Familiar in Microsoft applications 
• Skillful in customer communication and problem solving 
• Strong adaptability and good team player 
• Willing to learn and work overtime when required 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Spoken and written Indonesian is a plus) 
• More experience candidate will be considered as Senior position
