Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and operational support, such as office facilities maintenance, stationery ordering, office facilities or equipment repair and maintenance, courier arrangement etc.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, e.g. employees’ on and off boarding
- Maintain and update HR related records in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize staff activities
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in business administration, HR, or any related disciplines
- Relevant working experience in administration would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office and basic computer operation
- Highly self-motivated, good teamwork player, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill
- Good command of both English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred
