Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and operational support, such as office facilities maintenance, stationery ordering, office facilities or equipment repair and maintenance, courier arrangement etc.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, e.g. employees’ on and off boarding
  • Maintain and update HR related records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organize staff activities
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in business administration, HR, or any related disciplines
  • Relevant working experience in administration would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office and basic computer operation
  • Highly self-motivated, good teamwork player, well organized, detail minded, responsible & good communication skill
  • Good command of both English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred

Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
