Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from clients with a smile in your voice
- Identify and assess client's needs and offer appropriate banking products and services
- Process banking transactions and provide relevant information to clients
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- A pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE or HKDSE including Maths, plus Chinese or English, or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week.
- Applicants with prior customer service experience, and holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3), will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role.
- Open to fresh graduates, banking experience is not a must.
職責:

- 處理銀行交易,並向客戶提供相關資訊
- 跟進客人意見或投訴,並在必要時提供更多的解決方案
- 確保交易過程中準確無誤,並保留相關紀錄
要求:
- 於香港中學文憑 或 香港中學會考 考試中取得五科合格成績,當中包括主科 中文,英文及數學
- 良好的溝通和人際交往技巧,操流利的廣東話,英語和普通話
- 能透過電話服務提供優質的客戶服務及能於壓力下工作
- 每週五天工作時間,可輪班,包括早上,晚上,週末和公眾假期。
- 具有客戶服務經驗者優先,持有投資(HKSI 1,7,8) 或保險牌照(IIQE 1,2,3) 的申請人將被考慮為高級財富和個人銀行主管。
- 無須相關銀行經驗,歡迎應屆畢業生
