Senior Officer, Human Resources (Temporary Full-time for 9 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for full spectrum of compensation & benefits services including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, taxation, MPF
• Assist in market survey, data analysis and compilation of management reports
• Participate in user acceptance test for outstanding HR system enhancements
• Assist in the maintenance and development of HR systems
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Senior Officer, Human Resources) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in C&B operations
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing; hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCMS will be an advantage
