Research Assistant (Researcher / R&D / Health & Nutrition)

Job Responsibilities: 

· Offer technical support to our international sales team for customer inquiries and
issues. 

· Collaborate with universities and research laboratories to assess the safety and efficacy
of our raw materials. 

· Conductextensive secondary research for the safety and efficacy of our raw materials. 

· Research new technologies to broaden the applications or enhance the efficacy of our raw
materials. 

· Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including technical files and regulatory
documents. 

  

Requirements: 

· Bachelor's degree in nutritional science, food science, or related fields. 

· A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in the health supplement / food industry (particularly raw materials or FMCG). 

· Strong time management skills, well-organized with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. 

· Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English, with conversational Cantonese. 

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

· Immediate availability preferred.
