Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the execution of events for new hotel and other venues owned or managed by Hopewell Group;
- Liaise closely with Sales Team & Operation Team by providing end-to-end support from scratch to finish for the events in rendering the superb services to the clients, including but not limited to layout plan, floor plan, logistics arrangement etc,;
- Handle and follow up clients’ inquiries / complaints with professional customer service;
- Oversees the operation of the events, driving the service standard as set by the Company and always ensure clients’ satisfaction;
- Collect client’s feedback after events
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder in Hospitality Management;
- At least 1-2 years' relevant working experience;
- Excellent communication presentation skills and problem solving;
- Good team player, well-organized and proactive;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
- Willing to work on shift;
- Working location: Kowloon Bay;
- Immediate available will be an advantage
Contract period : until to 30 June 2024
