Japanese Speaking Sales Manager (Japanese Wine)

 Job Description:  

• Explore and develop new business opportunities 
• Handle all enquiries and problems from customers in professional manner. 
• Handle key accounts assigned by the company 
• Develop and implement an account development plan for each assigned account to maximum revenue in both short term and long terms. 
• Achieve sales target by generating revenue from both existing & new accounts 
• Maintain and update product information in digital marketing page such as Instagram and Facebook, etc. 
• Work on inventory tasks & stockist operation 
• Assist the head of sales on document preparation and order follow-up 
• Collect market information and assist in marketing campaigns. 
• Monitor customer's behaviors and follow up payment. 
• Assist in sales arrangements of wholesale ,distribution, maintain, and to grow our on-going retail-business formats and assist the division supervisor for sales & marketing tasks 

· Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors from time-to-time 

Requirements:  

• University Graduate or above 
• Certificate holder of WSET or related course is an advantage 
• Able to work under pressure to work, with excellent organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines for working in small unit of business to see the growth 
• 2 years or above experience in F&B, grocery & beverage trading, and/or retail, with Japanese product knowledge is an advantageous plus 
• Positive can-do attitude, punctual, responsible, self-motivated, ability to work independently & proactively, good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English, and Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or above) 
• Computer-literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• 5 day-work per week 
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
