Job description:
- Explore new business opportunities in new energy industry such as vehicles, electronic devices and batteries.
- Conduct market research, data collection and feasibility analysis, risk management, and due diligence of investment projects.
- Formulate the investment structure and portfolio of the projects.
- Prepare investment reports and project execution plans, from acquisition to disposal strategies.
- Participate in various business meetings and negotiations related to the projects.
- Process investment-related agreements and contracts.
- Manage and monitor the progress of the investment projects and prepare updated reports regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, or relevant disciplines.
- 10+ years of work experience, preferred in both HK and China markets.
- Knowledgeable in new energy industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in all stages.
