Job Description:
Echo Entertainment is a talent management company that focuses on the Chinese music market. We aim to develop and nurture the most talented and promising artists and idol groups. We provide professional training and comprehensive support to help our artists achieve their performance and music dreams. We are currently seeking an A&R Executive to be based in Hong Kong and responsible for developing and growing Echo's international market through relationship marketing and business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and produce new content for the company and artists regularly, including social media, Youtube channels, and offline events.
- Perform in-house design work such as graphic design, photo retouching, website design, and APP UI design.
- Assist in conceptualize and design whole production of artists comeback or debut.
- Communicate and follow up with other companies during the production process, including MV Director and Project Manager.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on innovative ideas with our team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Familiar with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom etc.; Maya, Figma, Premiere Pro are preferable.
- Strong graphic design and photo retouching skills are desirable.
- Strong interest in entertainment and idol industries.
- Knowledge of K-pop and Cantopop is preferable.
- Experience in fashion styling and/or joining idol fandom is a bonus.
- Able to work independently with high flexibility.
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or Korean is preferable.
- Value teamwork.
