Responsibilities
- Provide CS to customer’s enquiry/ complaint/ order.
- Responsible for oversee the daily store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
- Analyze sales, stock and operation performance by reports; share insights to the relevant parties
- Managing online shop and finish an online order.
- Maintain close communication and business relationship with different stakeholders via phone calls, emails and instant messaging professionally and promptly to formulate quality service
solutions and fast delivery - Generate ideas about future retail activities for to ensure best in class retail operational strategy
- Perform clerical and administrative support to HK retail shops
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 2 years of retail Operations or frontline work experience
- Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment
- Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
