& Customer Service Manager 

Work Location:
Flower Market 

Reporting to Sales
& Customer Service Manager you will be
responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and administration work, including but not limited to 

Responsibilities: 

· Handle customer inquiries on email, phone and social media in
a polite manner 

· Coordinate with florists to ensure all orders are fulfilled
per schedule 

· Build and strengthen relationship with customers 

· Ordering of floral items and supplies 

· Issuing monthly invoice 

· Prepare regular sales reports to management  

· Ad-hoc assignment is required 

  

To qualify,
individual must: 

· Minimum 1 years or above customer service experience  

· Attention to details, organized and a good team player 

· Multi-task and learn fast 

· Proven ability to prioritize workload  

· Experience in online business / e-platflorm system is a PLUS 

· Weekend shift is required 

· Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua 

· Experience in Floral or Hotel industry is highly regarded 

· Passion to flower is a bonus
