Sales Clerk (Japanese speaking)

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide the clerical support to daily sales activities, including the preparation of issuing sales order, invoices and promotion report, etc.; 
• Data Entry & Run Reports; 
• Maintain department database records & good filing system; 
• Coordinate with the shipping vendor on the delivery arrangements, including monitor delivery schedule. 
• Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with logistic parties and customers 
• Required outdoors works 
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned. 

  

Requirements: 

• F.5 or above, working experience is advantage, Fresh graduates are welcomed; 
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and good communication skills; 
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel V lookup, Chinese Word processing & PowerPoint; 
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Japanese Speaking is a MUST (JLPT Level 3 or above) 
• More experience will be considered for the post of Sales Coordinator.
