Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Provide the clerical support to daily sales activities, including the preparation of issuing sales order, invoices and promotion report, etc.;
- Data Entry & Run Reports;
- Maintain department database records & good filing system;
- Coordinate with the shipping vendor on the delivery arrangements, including monitor delivery schedule.
- Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with logistic parties and customers
- Required outdoors works
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, working experience is advantage, Fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and good communication skills;
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel V lookup, Chinese Word processing & PowerPoint;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Japanese Speaking is a MUST (JLPT Level 3 or above)
- More experience will be considered for the post of Sales Coordinator.
